Woonbi Cho is a valuation advisor with a well-rounded background in audit, internal controls, and tax advisory services gained through her experience at global accounting firms PwC Korea and EY Korea.

As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Korea) and Certified Tax Accountant, she has supported multinational corporations under IFRS and US GAAP frameworks. Her work included external audits, SOX compliance reviews, financial reporting support, and IPO-related engagements. Her experience spans industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, medical devices, and communications.

Before transitioning into valuation, Ms. Cho served as a tax consultant at EY Korea, advising global companies on tax compliance and corporate tax reporting. Her combined experience in audit analytics, financial reporting, and taxation provides a strong technical foundation for valuation, business modelling, and financial analysis.

Ms. Cho is committed to delivering objective and well-supported valuation work that enables clients to make informed and confident decisions.
