William Lee is a seasoned M&A advisor with a track record of guiding corporate and private equity clients through more than 100 domestic and cross-border transactions. His career spans boutique investment banks and Big Four accounting firms, where he provided strategic financial advisory services. He also played a key role in corporate development at SK Holdings, a Global Fortune 500 company, and later served as a managing director at a private equity firm in Seoul, Korea.

A highly credentialed finance and valuation professional, William holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada), Certified Public Accountant (U.S.), Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Business Valuator, and Accredited in Business Valuation designations. He earned his Chartered Accountancy and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Waterloo and further specialized in international tax with a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Seoul.
