Inkoo Lee is an accomplished Chartered Business Valuator at Prime Valuation Advisors (PVA), specializing in business valuation services for investors and economic damages assessments in commercial litigation, international arbitration, and investor-state dispute settlement.

As a dispute consultant, Mr. Lee has extensive experience analyzing claims exceeding USD 1 billion, focusing on business valuation and damages analysis related to lost profits and loss of business value. He has advised clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, healthcare, mining, oil and gas, aerospace and defense, and airlines.

He began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Seoul, Korea. Following his tenure at PwC, he transitioned to Samsung C&T Corporation (Samsung), a global leader in construction and development. In his role within the Investment Management Division, Samsung, Mr. Lee played a key management role, evaluating various mining, power plant, and energy projects, including coal mines, coal power plants, solar farms, and oil & gas ventures, to support strategic board decisions.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Lee is dedicated to continuous learning and delivering exceptional value to PVA clients. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, skiing, and exploring the outdoors.
